Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says expect sun and clouds and a nice day today. Rain moves in for Friday and strong winds on Sunday.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
-Weather to Watch for Friday and Friday night, I dropped it for Saturday with the forecast trending drier. Expect periods of rain on Friday with the chance of a thunderstorm. Rain totals half an inch to maybe near 1 inch in spots. No flooding concerns. Showers become less numerous Friday night with any leftover wet weather tapering off Saturday morning. It will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy and breezy on Saturday with Northwesterly winds 20 to 30 mph gusting up to 35. Sunday is the better weekend day with dry conditions and a cool breeze.
OVERNIGHT: Becoming cloudy and mild with low near 57. Chance for showers by daybreak with southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Sunrise: 7:09
