Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says there is a slight chance of a stray sun shower Wednesday with a sunny and warm Thursday coming.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
-No new changes to the forecast. Weather to watch highlighted on the 10-day for Saturday. Showers arrive Friday and continue through the day Saturday. Rain tapers off early Sunday morning with a cool breeze and drier weather.
-Orionid meteor shower peaks Saturday but unfortunately with rain and clouds it will not be visible across the Northeast.
-The Suffolk County Marathon is on Sunday and right now the weather looks overall pretty good with dry and cool conditions but it will be breezy.
