Fed up over the ongoing power struggle in Albany, Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy is going to the state's Supreme Court.Levy says he wants a judge to rule on who is the last legally elected majority leader; Democratic Sen. Malcolm Smith or Republican Sen. Dean Skelos, of Rockville Centre.The county executive says the state Senate mess is costing Long Islanders too much and has left numerous bills with major ramifications in a state of limbo.Gov. David Paterson has ordered senators to hold special sessions over the holiday weekend since a power-sharing deal has not been reached.
