A Suffolk bakery is recalling its baked goods this morning after a state investigation.
The recall is because of a possible undeclared wheat, gluten, soy or milk allergen that may appear in the products, according to the state.
Siriani provided News 12 with a statement that said in part:
"In February I sold a vendor nearly $800 worth of my products and somehow they claimed that a Dunkin’ Donut was mixed in with the order. I adamantly stand by that I would never pass off a Dunkin donut as either gluten-free or vegan. After the allegations went viral, nearly 2 weeks after the order was received by the vendor, I was threatened and harassed. I had to change my number and even had to relocate. The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets has not asserted any fines nor has it revoked nor suspended our license. We will be implementing a new labeling system that will protect our clients from allergens and cross-contamination and ourselves from product tampering, any future incidents."
