A substitute teacher at Roslyn High School is accused of raping a 15-year-old female student. Police say 29-year-old Timoteo Rodriguez, of Great Neck, lured the girl to a friend?s apartment on December 2. While there, police say Rodriguez gave the girl naked pictures of himself and allegedly raped her. Rodriguez, a husband and father, has been charged with statutory rape and disseminating indecent materials to a minor. Students at the school say they were shocked and disappointed to hear about the alleged incident. The school district posted a statement on its Web site saying it is deeply concerned about the welfare of the student and has suspended Rodriguez without pay. He is being held on $50,000 bail
