Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone gave his Tuesday coronavirus update, where he looked ahead to a phase 1 reopening and updated the county's death toll.

- Bellone starts with an update on their enhanced 911 system - says county flipped to "unenhanced system." Thanks Verizon for helping them reconnect the service while the enhanced is down - hoping to get it back today.
- Bellone speaks on the impending phase 1 reopening that is due to start Wednesday. 'This is a real milestone for us ... if we can do this smartly and safely ... we will have the pathway forward.'
- Asks people to go to the county's website to see phase 1 guidelines. Construction, curbside pickup for some retail included in phase 1.
- Bellone says he was at Smith Point this weekend, says there were sparse crowds. 
- Bellone says governor's office has issued executive order pushing back property tax collection by 21 days.

- Additional 126 positive COVID-19 tests. 
- Decrease of 8 hospitalizations - total of 335. Decline of 5 people on ICU beds - total of 106.
- Death toll rises by 11, total of 1,851.
- Hospital capacity: 64%.
- 20 COVID-19 hospital discharges.
