Seven more teens are now facing charges in connection to the stabbing that killed a 16-year-old boy in Oceanside.
The suspects have been identified by police as 19-year-old Haakim Mechan, 18-year-old Marquis Stephens Jr., 18-year-old Javonte Neals, 17-year-old Taj Woodruff, and 17-year-old Sean Merritt.
Two 16-year-old boys were also arrested, but their names are not being released because of their ages.
All seven of the teens are from Long Beach. Police say they took part in the deadly brawl last week, when Khaseen Morris, an Oceanside High School student, was stabbed and killed.
The violence was captured on camera outside an Oceanside pizza parlor. Police say the fight likely started because the victim was seen with the ex-girlfriend of one of the 16-year-old suspects.
As News 12 has reported, 18-year-old Tyler Flach, of Lido Beach, was previously arraigned on second-degree murder charges in the case. Police say he's the teen who plunged the knife into Morris.
The other seven teens are facing gang assault charges. The five who are being charged as adults were arraigned Saturday and ordered held on $25,000 bond.
The new arrests come as the victim is being laid to rest. Memorial and funeral services were being held today.
Police say they are still investigating and could make more arrests in the case.
