The Wyandanch School Board on Monday voted to pass a contingency budget after the district's spending plan failed twice.

The $69 million budget was passed with a 4-2 vote.

Proposed cuts in the contingency plan call for reduced staff and after-school activities, and outsourced transportation and security.
