A Bay Shore store owner is hoping to get some Jedi help after his stormtrooper was stolen by the dark side on April 1.

Surveillance cameras at the Blast from the Past store on West Main Street caught two thieves walking off with the stormtrooper.

Owner Richard McWilliams really wants it back.

"He was never for sale," says McWilliams. "He was just to shine light upon the store and let people know we're here since we're a new business."

While the search is on for the thieves, someone in the community was nice enough to drop off another stormtrooper to the store. It's a replacement, not the original.
