An out-of-this-world opportunity to listen to one of the greatest scientific minds of our time.
Legendary astrophysicist and professor Neil DeGrasse Tyson will be at the Prudential Hall Betty Wold Johnson Stage on Dec. 8.
The show's listing suggests "The author of the new book 'Starry Messenger: Cosmic Perspectives on Civilization' will discuss how having a 'cosmic perspective' profoundly influences what we think and feel about science, culture, politics and life itself."
Tyson is only the fifth person to lead the world-renowned Hayden Planetarium in New York City since 1935, and the first occupant of its Frederick P. Rose Directorship.
