Starting today, Starbucks is rolling out its revamped customer loyalty program.

Customers still earn two stars for every $1 spent, but they no longer have to wait for 125 stars to redeem.

The new program allows redemption as early as 25 points for things like a free espresso or extra flavor shot.

The change also removes the green and gold tiers and puts all customers together.

Starbucks' rewards program now has more than 16.3 million active members.
