A Stamford organization dedicated to providing clothing to families in need will reopen its doors for the first time since the start of the pandemic.
Clothes to Kids of Fairfield County provides new and used clothes free of charge for students in kindergarten through 12th grade who are in need.
They will reopen the store on Tuesday for in-person shopping.
Kids can pick out tops, bottoms and shoes.
The executive director says the store's reopening is a sign things are getting back to normal.
"The personal shoppers are really excited, one of the reasons they do this is to also be with kids and interact with them and they love to see the kids smile and get excited about the clothing that they are going to get," said Elaine Rubinson, director of Clothes to Kids.
Masks are required when shopping, but the nonprofit will provide them if people do not have one.
