Staff at The Osprey at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge are shaking up a new drink for Hispanic Heritage Month – the ventanita.  

The ventanita is a cocktail that highlights the rich coffee culture of Cuban drinks, and is named after the walkup coffee windows.  

The Osprey is partnering with the authentic Cuban rum brand ‘Havana Club’ to bring that culture to New York.  

A portion of the proceeds from this drink will be donated to Unidos U.S., the largest Latin civil rights organization in the United States.
