The sporting goods chain Sports Authority has announced it is closing all 450 stores.
The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March and announced plans to close 140 stores and two distribution centers.
The chain says it will pursue a sale, closing all stores in the coming months.
Sports Authority is carrying just over $1 billion in debt.
