Southampton school reopens after enterovirus case

Students and staff are back in class today at Southampton Elementary after a student was diagnosed with a strain of enterovirus. The school was closed yesterday so that it could be cleaned and sanitized.

Students and staff are back in class today at Southampton Elementary after a student was diagnosed with a strain of enterovirus.
The school was closed yesterday so that it could be cleaned and sanitized. The bus fleet is also being sanitized.
The unidentified infected student did not have the D-68 strain that killed two children in New Jersey and Rhode Island.
