Parts of the South Shore are bracing for a double dose of wild weather. Coastal flooding could make a mess of streets as heavy snow comes down.
Freeport Mayor Robert Kennedy is urging residents in flood zones to park their cars on higher ground. There will be no parking restrictions at village municipal lots Monday night and Tuesday.
High tide on Freeport is expected at around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
