The Sloppy Tuna has announced that it won't be returning to its South Emerson Avenue location in Montauk.

The bar is known to draw big crowds, but had longtime residents complaining about rowdy patrons.

Bar owner Drew Doscher posted on the Sloppy Tuna's Facebook page saying, "It is with my deepest sorrow that so many employees and tourists from all over the world will never enjoy the true Sloppy Tuna Montauk again."

Doscher says they're looking for a new location.

Meanwhile, a warrant has been issued for the former head of security for failing to appear in town court on noise violations.
