Sex abuse survivors and their attorneys are calling the Diocese of Rockville Centre's public list of accused clergy 'shameful' and 'deceptive.'
They say the recently released list of accused clergy members does not include all of the alleged pedophile clergy.
Among those not on the 101-member list is John McGann, the late Bishop of the Diocese.
McGann has been accused of sexual abuse by at least three people.
The Diocese said in a statement they included the names of clergy where a settlement was reached, or the Diocesan Review Board found the allegation to be credible.
