Several people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Patchogue Saturday.
Police say Erik Pedersen's pickup truck was hit by a Volvo on Waverly Avenue near Gateway Boulevard Saturday evening.
The 34-year-old is in the hospital with a serious head injury.
News 12 is told the driver of the other car and her passenger both suffered minor injuries.
