A settlement has been reached between Suffolk County and a woman who accused a police officer of sexual assault during an arrest, according to county attorneys.
In 2017, the woman claimed officer Christopher McCoy forced her to perform oral sex on him inside Suffolk's First Precinct.
She also claimed another officer knew what was happening and did nothing to stop it.
McCoy was suspended, and later resigned from the department.
He spent a year in prison after pleading guilty to a civil rights violation.
Details of the new settlement have not been released.
