A second person has died in a Catskills lake drowning.
Faruque Amin says not only did his 18-year-old brother, Basir Amin, pass away, but so did his brother-in-law – 34-year-old Afrid Haider.

His sister, Nasrin, is still in critical condition.
Faruque says his family was on vacation at lake house right next to White Lake.
He says most of them were in the water when his brother-in-law, Afrid, decided to join them.
Faruque says Afrid walked into the lake where there apparently was a dip and suddenly he disappeared. He says Afrid didn't know how to swim and that Basir and Nasrin both, without hesitation, started to try to help him -- even though they too didn't know how to swim.
All three went under water and did not resurface.
Responding officers from the Town of Bethel Police rushed into the water to help.
They say the three victims were in the water for at least 15 minutes before they were rescued.
They were administered CPR before they were rushed to Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris where Basir was pronounced dead.
Basir was pronounced dead on Sunday and Haider died on Monday. Nasirn Amin is fighting for her life in the ICU. "I ask the world if there's one time...we have lost two people already. Please...regardless of your faith and religion...as humanity...please pray for her," says Faruque Amin.
