Long Island state parks and beaches open full time amid hot weather conditions
16h agoThe Sachem Central School Board will meet Tuesday evening for the first time since adopting its second budget proposal.
The new plan would include staff and security cuts. It would also increase the sizes of elementary class sizes.
The budget totals more than $347 million.
Tuesday's budget meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the administrative building.
