Despite rain and security restrictions, thousands flocked to the annual ceremony in Manhattan.
More than 45,000 LED lights were placed on the Norway Spruce tree.
The 83rd annual included performances from Sting, Mary J. Blige, Carly Ray Jepsen and the Rockettes.
