A pair of home invaders armed with a stun gun terrified three elderly Merrick women and a home health aide Friday.
Police say one man and one woman broke into the house and searched for valuables around 1:45 p.m. Two women in their 80s and one in her 70s, all bedridden or in wheelchairs, were in the Leonard Lane house at the time with their aide. According to police, no serious injuries were reported.
Investigators are looking for the robbers and their getaway vehicle. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Nassau County Police Department.
