Fixtures and the ceiling were destroyed in the men's bathroom at Kalers Pond Park.
Brookhaven Town Supervisor Dan Panico said it would cost thousands of dollars to fix.
The town says they will press charges when they locate the person.
Panico tells News 12 repair work will begin Thursday morning.
