Man charged with stealing $24K worth of items from Home Depots in Nassau County

A Brooklyn man accused of stealing from multiple Home Depots in Nassau County has been charged with grand larceny.

Police say Tony Curtis took $24,970 worth of merchandise from multiple stores on Aug. 30 in 2025.

The 64-year-old was arrested without incident after a monthslong investigation, according to authorities.

Police say he is scheduled to be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
