Many came down to a Town of Hempstead meeting to voice their concerns.
A parking garage on site still is not finished.
Residents also say that on Islander game days cars are cluttering their neighborhoods.
Town of Hempstead officials told News 12 there is a resolution that expands parking restrictions around UBS.
Part of the resolution gives police more authority to ticket.
There was no comment Tuesday night from UBS Arena or the Islanders about the parking issue.
