Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman tells News 12 Long Island crews will start repairs to a damaged sewage line in Baldwin on July 10.

Until then, they will be pumping out the site and clean the lines.

A 42-inch sewer main beneath Grand Avenue ruptured and sent sewage water, which spilled into three homes, causing a huge sinkhole to open up.

Blakeman says he hopes the repair work will take just five days to complete.
