5h agoThe iconic Peter Pan Diner in Bay Shore is getting ready for a new era.
As News 12 has reported, the diner was damaged by a fire in July.
The owner shared an update on social media saying an insurance settlement has been finalized.
He added that a contractor and designer have been hired and have begun the rebuilding process.
The owners expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the first responders in Bay Shore, Brentwood and West Islip as well as Suffolk police for their quick response.
