A Queens man is behind bars today after being accused in a hit-and-run in Elmont
Police say Jonathan Ricks was driving north on Elmont Road Saturday afternoon.
That's when they say the 28-year-old hit a 52-year-old pedestrian at 116th Road.
Police say he just kept going, but turned himself in about an hour later.
News 12 is told he was driving with a suspended license and had a warrant for his arrest.
