18h agoA 15-year-old boy is facing a first-degree murder charge for a deadly shooting in Trenton on July 9.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office says the teen, who was not identified due to his age, shot 47-year-old Luis Torres Marrero on East Hanover Street in Trenton. Marrero died from his injuries. Officials say he was shot in the head.
The teen was arrested on Wednesday in Norfolk, Virginia. He is awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
