The former president of the Dix Hills Soccer Club admitted Friday to stealing over $70,000 from the youth soccer league.
Matthew Dickson, of Dix Hills, pleaded guilty to writing checks to himself from the soccer club's account and running it up the club credit card.
It happened between April and November 2022.
Dickson is set to be sentenced in November.
