Police say the head of an autism charity is facing charges for defrauding Suffolk businesses -- including Adventureland.
Gregory Vasicek from Play-for-Autism is accused of stiffing a Manorville golf course and the Farmingdale amusement park out of thousands of dollars.
The 59-year-old is also accused of taking hundreds of dollars in registration fees from donors for a golf outing that never happened.
Vasicek is due back in court at the end of the month.
