Police say a 26-year-old pregnant woman was driving high on drugs when she crashed in Kings Park Wednesday night.
Police say Danielle Wisnieski's Cadillac Escalade overturned near the intersection of Indian Head Road and Old Northport Road.
Wisnieski, who is 26 weeks pregnant, and her passenger sustained injuries after they were ejected from the SUV.
Police say they had to administer Narcan to Wisnieski and that she told them she had used heroin. She was then airlifted to the hospital.
According to Wisnieski's Facebook page, she is also engaged to be married to Army veteran Randall Scott Jernigan.
There is no word on the condition of the unborn baby.
