Federal and state lawmakers are pushing for the 9/11 Responder and Survivor Health Fund Correction Act of 2024.

They say it would close a $3.6 billion funding gap in the World Trade Center Health Program. The bill would also update the funding formula to ensure first responders don't lose access to care. Without it, lawmakers believe program cuts could come as soon as 2028.

Rich Barrabi discusses it with NYU Langone Dr. Marc Wilkenfield and Michael Barasch, managing partner of Barasch & McGarry law firm.

Also, MTA Board Member Sammy Chu discusses the congestion pricing plan pause cash crunch and how it has led to delays to train upgrades.
