Police: Woman stole collectible Jets helmet
A Hempstead woman is accused of stealing a signed collectible New York Jets helmet. Michelle Brayman was caught on surveillance video taking the 1969 helmet from a glass showcase, according to police.

A Hempstead woman is accused of stealing a signed collectible New York Jets helmet.
Michelle Brayman was caught on surveillance video taking the 1969 helmet from a glass showcase, according to police.
Police say the theft happened at the Frontier Collision auto body shop on Bedell Street.
The Jets won their only Super Bowl in 1969.
The helmet has not yet been recovered.
