A homeless woman is accused of killing an acquaintance in a stabbing in Brentwood, police say.

They say Charlene Blackshear is charged with stabbing a man to death early Thursday morning.

It happened in an apartment on Second Avenue at 2 a.m.

Antonio Rice was taken to a local hospital, but the 56-year-old did not survive, according to officials.

Blackshear is being held until her arraignment Friday.
