'What are you doing to me?' Father heard screaming on 911 call as son allegedly stabs him over 40 times

New details are emerging after a Lake Ronkonkoma man was indicted for murder in connection to the death of his father on Thursday.
Sage Arias-Brown, 33, is accused of fatally stabbing his father, Edward Brown, at his Mastic home on Sept.7.
Prosecutors say the 69-year-old father was able to call 911 during the attack and that the call captured him screaming, "I’m being murdered. What are you doing to me, Sage?"
The district attorney says a neighbor heard a loud bang followed by Brown's screams and allegedly saw Arias-Brown leave the Mastic Boulevard apartment minutes after the 911 call was made.
Responding Suffolk County police arrested Arias-Brown about a half mile away from the crime scene.
Prosecutors say when police went into the apartment, they found Brown unresponsive and covered in blood. He was declared dead at the scene.
Officials say an autopsy determined Brown had been stabbed about 40 times in the torso, chest and neck.
Arias-Brown was remanded and is due back in court on Oct. 21.
He faces 25 years to life if convicted.
