A Westbury man arrested for illegally possessing a firearm Saturday is facing multiple charges, according to authorities.
Police say a woman reported finding a canvas bag in her residence that contained a loaded handgun.
Officers responded at around 12 p.m. and arrested 41-year-old Patrick Martinez at the scene.
He is expected to be arraigned in court on Sunday.
