1h agoA West Babylon man was killed Sunday morning in a pedestrian crash that happened in the eastbound lanes of the Sunrise Highway.
Police say 65-year-old Jeffrey Schmohl was hit just before 5:30 a.m. on North Green Avenue in Lindenhurst. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was not injured, according to police.
