A water main break shut down some roads temporarily in Mount Sinai this morning.
Police say the break happened on North Country Road.
The road was closed from West Shore Road to Crystal Brook Hollow Road, but has since reopened.
It is not clear what caused the water main break.
A total of five homes were without water in the area.
