Moped-riding duo wanted for chain snatching spree

A Uniondale man accused of setting a fire inside the bathroom of a warming center Friday has been charged with arson and criminal mischief, according to Nassau police.

Detectives say Christian Hall was arrested around 8:15 a.m. at the Mitchel Field Athletic Complex.

They say a Nassau probation officer who spotted and reported the fire was also hospitalized for difficulty breathing.

Hall will be arraigned Saturday in Hempstead.
