yesterdayThe teenager suspected in a fatal Soundview fire is now facing several charges, including murder and arson.
The FDNY responded to a fire on Jan. 29 at 1211 Evergreen Ave. around 1:55 p.m. After those flames were put out, a man was found dead in the rubble. That man has been identified as Abdoukarim Sakolly, 27, who was living at that location.
Police say a 15-year-old girl is facing charges of murder, assault, arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
