Two suspected overdoses at Riverhead High School did not involve fentanyl, according to an investigation by Riverhead police.
The investigation comes after two students passed out in school earlier in February, requiring Narcan to be used.
Police tell News 12 neither case involved narcotics or alcohol.
They also say the incident that occurred Monday involving a student ingesting a THC candy bar is still ongoing. However, they say fentanyl was not a factor.
Medical and social service remain available at the high school.
