Police say Joanne Dooher hit a 93-year-old man and 86-year-old woman as they tried to cross Merrick Road near East Shore Drive.
News 12 is told the man is in stable condition, while the woman suffered a broken pelvis.
Police say Dooher was arrested at the scene. She will face a judge Saturday.
