Police: Manhattan man arrested, accused of taking photos up woman’s skirt in East Farmingdale store

A 30-year-old Manhattan man accused taking photos up a woman’s skirt at an East Farmingdale store is facing charges for unlawful surveillance, police say.
Authorities say Christopher St. Surin used his cellphone to photograph the 43-year-old victim at the Dollar Tree on Broadhollow Road on May 9.
Following an investigation, St. Surin was arrested at around 9:50 p.m. on Friday.
Anyone who believes they may be a victim is urged to call police.
