A Far Rockaway man is accused of a violent armed robbery in Lawrence.
Police say Adam Beradino threatened a 36-year-old female worker with a knife.
The incident happened Tuesday morning at Petencito Latin Grill.
Police say Beradino then punched the woman in the head before taking off with cash.
Beradino was arrested a short time later inside an abandoned house, allegedly with the weapon.
