A man is dead after he tried to run from a crash site in North Babylon Saturday, police say.

A man is dead after he tried to run from a crash site in North Babylon Saturday, police say.
The incident happened at the intersection of Wood Road and Erlanger Boulevard around 2 p.m.
Police say a driver lost control of their vehicle, hit a police car and then a parked car.
Allan Anderson and another occupant got out of the car to run when police say the 33-year-old had a medical event and collapsed.
He was rushed to the hospital where he died.
The other person in the car has not been found.
