A Selden man responsible for a hit-and-run crash on the LIE had his license suspended 22 times, according to police.
They say Richard Mouzakes rear ended another vehicle Thursday night near exit 52 and then took off.
Another driver followed Mouzakes and helped police find him.
Police eventually caught up to him on Middle Country Road in Selden while he was trying to repair his car.
