A man is facing charges after police say he approached two teen girls in East Meadow.

According to police, 34-year-old Ricardo Gray was in a parking lot on Hempstead Turnpike on Thursday morning when he walked up to two 16-year-old girls while exposing himself.

News 12 has been told he then started to inappropriately touch himself.

Gray is being charged with exposure, child endangerment and public lewdness.
